This change doesn't even affect me as my fun suits are shield (proto cal assault and proto min assault) and my main I use 99% of the time is proto amarr logi. My alts proto are armour as well, no ulterior motive here.

Seen as shields are supposed to be good for hit and run, surely now that they are less efficient at that and will need to 'run' for longer they should get a hp buff? People will have to use more regulators so less hp, it seems to me that shield ...
