I think at max you could fix one shield extender of the highest tier with shield amplifiers filling the rest of the high slots, then putting power grid diagnostic systems on your lows will provide a little more hp

I would not play to max your hp, the main power of the llav is your resistance, and you should aim to max that out instead via mods
