super slim ps3 here and ive also been getting the fatal message, all have happened during matches whilst playing, reinstall did not fix the problem so dont waste your time doing the same.

I just made the mistake of purchasing a m&k today thinking i was going to become an elite proto bear once i started using it, I quickly went back to using the ds3, keyboard is going to come in handy for typing on the forums though.
