I hate the argument that they needed to nerf dropsuit scanning to give the active scanner a role on the battlefield. The t1 active scanner has a range of 100 meters and they all go up from there. In the old build, you could passive scan to about 5...

It was 5, right? Now it's 10. So the proto gallente scout with 4 complex range amplifiers and all skills maxed out can have a dropsuit scan range of 28 meters... Still crap.
