It's good and a fine weapon, as a non-rail rifle user i think the range should be cut off a bit maybe 15% and thats it, the recoil stops it being king and separates it from the AR wich has less recoil.

Do i think it's great? no. I think it's alright, the amount of PG and CPU is immense it's not even worth skilling even with a scout, another equipment instead of cloak would probably be best, and i'm not sure but if you get scanned... you're dead.
