Yeah, yeah, many people want a respec, myself included. That doesn't "almost" guarantee anything, or that it will be Aurum only. You did imply a system, it was one were you pay to respec, it wasn't till page 5 that you suggested any limits on it.

Logi's don't get a secondary. So scout if you really want to use a side arm without losing your main, you'll be paper thin though, not worth it in my opinion. Scrambler pistols if you have good aim and don't stress in CQC, use SMG otherwise.
