Ahhh! In 1.8, the fire rate of the Carthum Assault Scrambler pistol was reduced by 43%, with nothing in the notes. I probably wouldn't be using Amarr Logistics now if it had been included in the patch notes.

The Imperial 'Dominus' Sentinel is a Minmatar suit while the Apex 'Dominus' Sentinel is an Amarr suit. Check the descriptions. Loyalty suits have the faction versions of weapons, while apex suits have the Aurum versions. That's all, really.
