Being alone is a lot better than being in a crumby squad. I solo often as logistics. I use a profile dampener. I can get kills and support people who aren't in the middle of an enemy swarm. Too many squad members ask for support in a stupid place...

Not the Breach or Burst variants. I know of their usefulness. I use the breach pistol all the time. It's great. I was considering the seraph suit, though, and tried using the regular scrambler pistol again, and found that it's very disappointing....

The damage of weapons was already reduced at the same time as the dropsuit respec you mentioned. I don't think it's so bad. Combat rifles just seem overpowered to mercenaries in Amarr suits just like scrambler rifles seem overpowered to all pers...
