It takes an unreasonable time (IMHO) for some items, for instance the dropsuits. If you level in to Level 5, but then you do not want to continue with that suit, or you want to switch to something else, how about making so that you can swap SP fro...

As a Gallente Scout, sniping, not being able to share enemy positions passively will just be another nail in the coffin of the Gallente Scout suit. Even though they are saying that the active scan will work, it will work for anyone - except a Gal...

I don't think that I would want to see the active ones, but most definitely the passive. I go off on jobs and am gone for extended periods at time, and the OPB would be great to have for those times.
