Even if ppl has modded controllers, how could it help since the rifle has a fixed delay between shots? No matter how fast you press the trigger you have to wait, or I'm missing something?

I am a sniper, and theres a lot of guys that know how to hide and countersnipe, If you get shot esily by snipers you must be one of those that walk aimlessly in a huge open place in straight lines alone, those are begging to get shots, and snipers...
