yeah the STD & ADV Commando suits in general are just a CPU/PG nightmare. that 94,425 ISK is comical based on the ISK reward-payouts in general.

the answer for your Question is NO. if your Level 5 in the Armor Plating category already you will have Complex of the new plates for you once patch is done. they are NOT adding another Skill Mastery category for the new "Armor or Shield Plates"

I don't get how people can NOT figure out that this 3x SP event ONLY lasts 1 weekly sp cycle. "Ends on July 10th downtime" the NEXT Normal weekly reset happens AFTER the downtime on Wednesday July 10th.
