The only weapon in this game a Gallente weapon of the same class does better than Minmitar. And sadly they both completely suck. Flaylock with low damage, decent splash sounds good to me.

Yeah, don't even bother. Small Rails on an Incubus is a good Air-to-air platform but that's it. Small Rails can also destroy shield tanks pretty well but if it's armor forget about it.
