That about sums it up. But it's getting to the point now that I'm seeing tanks using railguns, and just going for roadkills against infantry. The speed is fine, but the acceleration is too much.

If you're shield tanking, there is absolutely nothing worth getting in lowslots besides ammo. Everything you want is in the highs. Overdrives too, but for some reason I can't restock them.

Plasma cannons seem to me like the best counter to heavies. Once you're used to the arc, they're relatively easy to get a direct hit with.
