This is definitely the hotfix of the true gallente. Armor reps (the federation's thing)- buffed Plasma rifles- buffed Plasma cannons- buffed Gallente scouts were hurt the least by the cloak nerf, as they can still be the stealthiest

Not a huge AV difference, but it's now worth running higher tiers. Running an advanced PLC with a standard Breach AR on a gal commando. Absolutely devours infantry, and the cannon is pretty good at one-shotting sentinels.
