For things like dampeners which aren't worth sacrificing the slots there should be new slots ONLY for passively-effective modules. i.e you would not be able to stack more health or speed in the mid-slots. Such as, you have 4 slots on a ck.0 and d...

Then use a Duvolle or a GEK with a heavy. Helps to have a logi. My guy has 649 shield, going to get advanced soon so that should be over 700 shield with one more shield upgrade to go and 809 armour with 1 more armour upgrade to go.

you should need a hell of a lot of WP and you should be excluded from being able to get OBs if you are just sniping on a rock. And I agree about the delay too. OBs can turn the game around, take out your entire team, wipe out your uplinks.
