I always think it's strange when people think Nova Knives are a direct combat weapon. Sure: you can charge at someone with NKs or jump into a flood of people and go happy hunting, but it's the same concept as using a Sniper as a direct combat weap...

I swapped the Amarr and Minmatar bonuses; I was trying to make the racial bonuses as close to their EVE reflection as possible, but I didn't know what to do for those two. I also adjusted the speeds of the Gallente and Caldari suits to be the same...
