I've had this happen when i tried to get the Merc pack, give it a few hours then look again, sometimes it just disappears for a few hours. (And mine happened around the same time of the week)

The only map where i've encountered severe lag is the one with 5 points, a CRU in the structure's northwest and a supply depot to its northeast. (And what looks like a space cannon on B) It also happened on its ambush version

I wanted to get the Mercenary pack, but it seems to be gone from the PlayStation Store, even though it still takes a good chunk of the in-game marketplace's storefront. Is it gone ? I'd love to have that SMG blueprint.

Common bug, just make sure you don't touch your dropsuit fitting window while deploying. Only wait out is a reset.

I've been in some situations, on ambush maps, where the default spawn was actually camped... The spawn points in urban areas are few and far it seems (oh and there this map where i spawned on top of a Red CRU, you can imagin how quickly i died...)
