You are in the camp of people that there is no fix for, sorry. We found a workaround but its a prevention method. Once you're at the point you're at, there is no fix.....currently. Hopefully CCP will address the problem during today maintenance time.

UPDATE: Justicar Kel has been freed from the squad lock. He restarted his client and upon return was left in the same state that a squad leader with the bug would be in (i.e. Able to join battles, but not able to create squad) He joined a bat...

yep, sometimes i even take damage when i get stuck as if i fell a distance. Happens all the time. I'm sure it's thoroughly documented and will be fixed in the next build.....hopefully.

I'm confused how this workaround is even possible. So far the majority of our guys with the issue are not able to join a battle at all. Which makes the workaround impossible. Varying degrees of the bug i presume.
