Depends, if they're out of reach or I'm in a dropship I curse them as I try to get to safety. Otherwise I get a sly smile as I return fire (and +50 most of the time) with my plasma cannon.

There is literally no harm in buffing direct damage between tiers as it OHKs infantry in any case, but it would make it more viable as AV. Splash needs a *small* buff, maybe the 10% it never got beforehand?
