Local etc. are in delayed mode until someone speaks. Not a bug, its how the channels are configured.

Confirmed, scout, logi, assault. Crouching seems to "clear" the issue. In general though, it seems 1.7 has a speed reduction, my scout isn't running as fast with plates, cuz, you know, scouts aren't ****** enough!
