I will say this, with MinLogi 5, Hacking 5, and 4 Complex Codebreakers, you can hack an objective in about a second. If someone starts the hack before you, even if its only one bar, you will more than likely not get any points for the hack.

A shot of Fireball, followed by a shot every two minutes or so will fix your issue. I'd say do that for about a half hour and you'll be right as rain. But don't operate heavy machinery, such as tanks and dropships, for at least 4 hours.
