The old fire rate, according to Protifits which thankfully has not been updated yet, puts the Carthum at 705.88 Rate of Fire. In game it is now 600. Damage is the same.

I've seen 2 in the killfeed so far. It seems better, haven't played with it much. Loving my Bolt Pistol. Taking out Gallente Scouts so fast and some tankier Assaults. 2 shots, done for. Will probably play with the Ion for a bit now.

I hate that most of our skills have no bonus. Only one equipment skill has a bonus, Nanocircuitry (if you don't think so, go look at the actual skill book), though why it doesn't say that on the skill is beyond me. I want to keep it simple though...
