Gallente and caldari is just free kill mode. You just wait for people to look the other way and you get free kills. Minmatar and amarr scouts are hard mode. Any scout brick tanked is easy to use though.

Yes loads, assault rail rifle and scp. Naturally, stomping or getting stomped seems to factor in every match though lol. 29/2 is my best so far with it and it was a decent match. Iv gotten 27/0 but it was a complete stomp so I don't count that.
