Yes it has been nerfed. However I think the fire rate has also been nerfed. (Dam caldaris) And i don't think the charge has been buffed.

It sucks how a damn sica can take out an expensive ADS. One shot from a mlt tank and the ADS is as good as dead (unless you hit them proto afterburners) Do these railguns need a nerf? Because man they are **** accurate.

Quit nagging on the forums about how laser weapons are tearing you down (especially caldari assaults). Laser weapons were meant to rip your shields that is how it should be. As it is the Scr has been nerfed and now it takes a little longer to kill...

Well I think that players are now getting used to dealing with cloaks and started paying more attention to the screen. Reduce the ripple effect of the cloak while running and maybe that might help.
