So I recently got the cal scout skin from a box, so decided to get the suit but I can't find a decent set up. I'm only advanced cal scout and I have my pg at level 5 but CPU at level 4 (for the moment)
Can anyone suggest a good set up. I don't like the shotty and would like to use an AR or Cr but id need an advanced clock as a must .

Shotgun adv scout-
1x Echanced shield
1x Complex Shield
1x pres mod Advanced
Kincat & Damp is recommended

3 complex myos
1 enhanced damp or complex if you can fit it
1 Enhanced CPU upgrade
1 adv cloak
and your choice of weapon, should be able to fit any std AR or CR as well as sidearm plus a std/adv nade and another std equipment
I like to use two smg's and flux nade with a needle
any oponent under 410 Ehp should go down with one melee attack
flux nade> cloak > melee should be able to handle most heavies
duel smg's can help take out scouts and if they get too close you can just melee them
the mobility should allow you to get under and over most radars and get the jump on unsuspecting targets |

This is how i use my adv cal scout
(Sneaky and can take hits)
x3 enh extenders
assault scr
nova knives (pro or adv)
RE
level 4 uplinks
x1 enh reactive
x1 enh damp
Now if your not into shotty then cloak is not gonna benefit you much, unless you can knife. Because cloak eats up so much cpu and pg and with low hp you need to kill the target quick before he turns around.
If you are into knives
x2 enhs extender
proto knives
bolt pistol
adv cloak
x2 damps
and maybe a RE if you are skilled into the cpu and pg passives.
I once took a core locus to the knee

Bolt Pistol/Nova Knives
Then I have a random high low set up.

Just don't use the cloak until proto. It takes too much resources. Generally, I use 3 enhanced shields, 1 complex damp, and then whatever you want. I fit basic shields (which are terribad) when I can't fit anything good. Just make sure to use weapons that kill quick, as your shields will die pretty fast.

The cloak takes up too much resources....
But here's my fit:

Complex Precision Enhancer
Enhanced Profile Dampener x2
GB-9 Breach Assault Rifle
'Toxin' SMG
Flux Grenade
Duvolle Focused Scanner
ARN-18 Cloak Field
You can bump a few things down on a need basis.

This fit allows you to see, to gank, and to run. Sure, you could stack it up with shields like the rest of the crowd, but if you're going to do that, might as well use an assault, right? |

Using a rifle on a scout is a bad idea.
Anyone who's not a noob will turn around and one shot you.
So.. as for the fit (sg)
One precison mod, rest shields
One damp, one kincat
Sg, links, cloak, bolt pistol.
Use adv : links, cloak, shields, sg
Complex : precision mod, kincat and damp.
Bolt pistol std.
