You guys are right, disregard what I said about the speed bonus. Backpedal penalty is all we need, and it's something I've been wanting for months. Implement it properly and I will never complain about the state of the min scout again.

I think the best way to buff minnie scouts is to give them a higher base sprint speed. Just make it a little easier to reach the speed cap, or at least to get closer to it. Having to only fit 2 complex kincats to hit the speed cap as opposed to 3 ...
