I do this with my militia av fit until i see a vehicle that isnt a LAV, then i jump in my av fit that actually costs something. I try to save up isk for those moments because i plan on dying alot.

Yeah, they never said that it was a normal distribution of a bell curve. I'd be guessing its more like a negative skewed curve and the 20 min was at the -4 (hehe) standard deviation.
