Also, BPC and BPO distinction will make a difference once CCP adds resources into the game. What if to use a BPO, the corp has to have a certain number of materials, and if the corp runs out, you can't deploy that fitting?

Laser rifles are fine. This guy likely got a few guys who were already way into armor, bunched up, and had his laser near overheat. Ive done it a couple times, its not easy to do, but it does happen.

Just started using the heavy myself. Seems almost perfectly balanced now. Could try a week with a SLIGHT increase in HMG damage, but it would need to be very small. Otherwise I feel its perfect.
