Can confirm, the turrets seems to work a bit better. Damage mods also work on vehicles now which is very very useful.

Well, CCP basically said that if you are new, great, get a merc pack. If you got one before, get it again. They arnt available for AUR on the market either, so youre screwed and at a huge ISK disadvantage now.
