I think they should replace large blaster tank turrets with something similar to the plasma cannon. When you think about it, every other tank turret is balanced properly(except rail turrets. Decrease the ROF) it's just blasters that are too effect...

It'd be similar to a leveling system, but instead of just leveling up, it would be able to decrease based on player performance. I think this would solve the current problem with matchmaking. Players with a low mercenary rating would get matched...
