Dual cloaking is out of the question also even with max CPU, PG, Scout Bonus it still takes up a lot. Seeing that probably not going to spec into the Cloaking. would be a waste of skill points for me.

On anther note the sentinels will be force to be feared still depending on what race it is an what weapon your using. yeah were getting a buff but heaves still pack a punch.

Well CCP thank for making my Caldari scout what i imagine it to be like. I'll be spec into both Caldari an gallentte scout for best of both worlds either i'll be hunting scouts/ unseen killer or speed tanker/ infiltrator getting behind enemy lines.
