262. [Request] Changing the colors of squadmates from a light green to maybe a darker... - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
Yeah, I agree, and the HUD is just not visible enough for me. Especially with the lens flares and solar glare. I swear if the next build has tons of bloom everywhere and/or a heavy colour filter I'm not going to play the game. As often.

264. Heavies are still down right Over Powered. - in General Discussions [original thread]
FG can't hit at any range and their splash is basically non-existant. A properly fitted HAV or DS is basically immune to the lower class FGs and even an LAV can soak up a couple of hits, especially from the Militia FG. Heavies are right where they...

Ah, thank you for the quick answer. It's just quite a nifty feature so here's hoping it's implemented soon.

If players have mics can they talk to other players that are virtually, physically, near them on the battlefield?

268. 2009/2012 DUST 514 Comparison - in General Discussions [original thread]
Maybe CCP needs not kid everyone on that what we have here is a large scale warfare game. Rather they should focus on semi-tactical urban conflict.

269. So about them squads - in General Discussions [original thread]
Squads of 4 seem fine in 16vs16, with 24 players a side the squads should increase to 6 maximum. I rather wonder if it wouldn't be wiser to add one extra player per team that operates as a commander of all squads.

270. Dogfights - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
I think the Light Aircraft should be called in like any other vehicle and is VTOL capable. It's main purpose is a2a combat as AA/AV can take it out easily. Unlike the DS it can take off and land very quickly. It would share the second highest flig...

273. DUST needs suppression, discuss - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
It would certainly accompany the ton of lense flare/lighting glare used in the game already. Can't wait for the game to be doused in bloom and given a strong colour filter.
