check out http://www.originpc.com/ they are a company that lets you pick what parts you want and the look of your computer and will put it together for you. I've used them in the past with good results.

around $800 USD. bought a ps3 for this. bought a eve collectors pack for the templar stuff. bought the $100 and $50 merc packs. bought the $20 merc pack. and everything else is aurum for boosters.
