Ohh ... my bad ... you're right it does give a bonus to the repair rate doesn't it ... I forgot about that. But it still stands that the remote repair skill affects the repair tool and the infantry armor repair skill affects your self repair low ...

Also they can accept your application on Sisi, but that won't put you in their corporation on TQ (the Eve main server they'll be on) Unless this corp has some other mercs in it, there really won't be much you can do ... its pretty much just chat ...
