there is a bug, just found yesterday, that the end screen is not always showing the correct numbers. it was confirmed by CCP checking database to verify they actually did get their WP / ISK, but also confirmed a bug. So you may have ran into this...

The max capacity skill states it is a % (percentage) of the clip size. So if you'r clip can carry 32, a 3% increase (i believe it is 3%) won't even give you 1 bullet. now if your clip held 80, a 3% increase would give you 2 bullets.

It's gonna be hard to tell what the cap is, because if you hadn't hit it before yesterday, with the Hotfix they deployed, they had to reset the weekly SP cap. So you've got extra SP now :D
