I've never done any manufacturing in EVE, but I've noticed that the Tech 2 Blasters and Rails I use are Meta Level 5 and the Prototype non Tech 2 Blasters and Rails are only Meta Level 4. So did the rifle I get happen to be some sudo Tech 2 item?

Okay thanks man. Kinda sucks because that is a very nice rifle. Oh just noticed its a Meta Level 5, as the other is Meta Level 4. That a really big difference compared to other Meta Levels it seems.
