None, or at least almost all ships in eve could not fly low altitude as they arn't designed for it, they would crash before they could achieve stable flight.

I have to disagree with you low genius, EvE legion is the game that we all wanted and dream of dust becoming. unlike DUST EvE legion isn't constrained by old tech, But i do think we have to be cautious and hope that CCP really listens and respects...
