Sadly, people don't take enough interest in making Logi's acceptable to play because they have no drive to help their team-mates. This saddens me because this game is supposed to be team work based, and I don't see that happening.

That is your corp chat, when you are in a battle, or the war room, there are two more next to it. When it flashes, that means someone in your corp has typed something in the chat Press select to bring up the chat.
