Logi hands down if you're a medic. My boy has like a .2 KDR. He rarely plays anymore which makes me sad but he always finishes the game #1 as a core repair tool is his weapon of choice.

Eh the Amarr scout is kinda booty... Most good scouts run two damps and the Amarr still can't see them. You'll still see scrubs but there's nothing you can do EWAR wise to catch Gal and Cal scouts.

Highs damage modes and shields. Lows damps and speed. I like two damps to get under other scouts. With no precision you hunt mediums and heavies, if you see a scout run by it's a bonus kill.
