The HMG needed more heat buildup. Instead of a fitting reduction which heavies don't really need, they should have a heat reduction bonus.

Yeah the flux's were bugged for a few weeks where they did a little bit of damage to armor. If you ate a guy up and he got to cover with a little armor left, you could flux him for the kill.

This is the problem, if you think about Scouts get three bonus's. All of them get a bonus to cloak, all of them get two other built in bonuses. Then on top of that they get six slots, two equipments, and two sidearms... yeah whoever thought that ...
