I am assuming a PVP action means you have to deal damage to the enemy. It means that smart people can't AFK either. Either go and deal some damage/take some damage, or GTFO.

I always like the idea of dual wielding, if its in the right type of shooter, like CoD or Halo. But, I don't think it will fit here, I think the Devs are going for a more BF style game, and akimbo sidearms don't really fit in the games style.
