I think it's good to have an orbital drop spawn option in addition to the uplinks. Also, I realized that the regular spawn system is a bit disorienting but the dropping from the sky from the MCC felt better.

Actually, the formula is different. You don't add the percentages. You multiply the percentage of the next level by the product of the previous level. This is the same formula used in Eve Online.

This is actually a very good use of the scout suit. It's right up there with ninja knifing, hacking, uplink planting, and recon. Sorry, snipers don't really count. Sniping is something a logi suit can do better.
