just throwing this out there for anyone who doesn't know... Sony has said that free-to-play games will NOT require a ps+ subscription. so if dust goes to ps4 (and at this point I'm 90% sure it will), then it will continue to be free-to-play.

I don't think it's CCP's fault. There might be some strong Solar Winds (or China is hacking us). Tumblr went down for awhile, and has been spotty tonight. Youtube had some connection issues. and my own wifi network here at the home went down twice...
