When a vehicle is unoccupied are the Scanners supposed to still give info to the owner? Active modules seem to remain active when the vehicle is not operating, is this an intended feature or is it an unintended issue? More curious than anything ...

Friendly vehicles that are hacked remain friendly assets, and thus count towards the friendly fire damage cap. This is a known issue and as of yet has not been fixed. Though it certainly needs to be, as it makes attacking vehicles an even riskier...

I often get them stuck on LAVs and detonate them when people drive off, or try to align to run me over. It could be that your LAV had other RE that were stuck on it when you fled. Sometime I will trap a LAV and wait for people to get in and go ...
