Just to let you guys know the same speed suit I run a Gallente scout can run better: (11.11 sprint) with 4 Kin Cats, 6 more HP (health), Better Damps/Range/ Stealth and a adv light/ sidearm. (All base stats up mind you). That to me is proof right ...
