There boring and not so good. Why not buff them. Standard stays 220, advanced goes 230, and proto 240. They all do the same damage and a tank will most of the time get away so why not buff them?

They should be minmatar. 1 they get bonus. 2 the min scout is supposed to be the assassin with his speed and stealth, perfect to stab someone in the back. 3 they look cool with them 4 keep the name as is
