It could be expected that 1.3 would be lighter than 1.2 being given that it was code froze at about the same time that 1.2 was released. Although I very surprised not to see LAV collision fix: it's only been a pain in the ass for the past 3 month...

Stay away from Gal as long as Flaylock, MD or fused aren't fixed: armor tank is bad right now, I would suggest very strongly to opt for Minmatar (for the 4 equipment slots).
