I have heard that part of the problem is the SONY patch Q&A... didn't I read about a year ago how CCP had worked out a deal to push thru patches and updates quicker without having to rely on SONY... what happened with that.....you are going to tell me with a straight face that

That's not too hard a concept to grasp really. And lastly, remember that rapid update thingy? 1.3 being due in about two weeks, less than a month after 1.2?
