It's very easy to kill them. When they go up they must fall in one direction and can't change said direction while falling. That's when you REK them, +50 most of the time. Or my favorite. Throw a Nade where they will land.

Solo heavy you should go with a Minmatar. Faster than others and since you can shield tank with it you should be better off. Just make sure you do have some armor reps. Not solo or hardheaded as me? Go Amarr or Gallente.
