No. The Plasma Cannon is an AV weapon capable of supressing infantry, it shouldn't be a 'Slayer' weapon. All it needs is more direct (Not too much), and a faster projectile. They're not good AV weapons, and they should be.

Two of the best Shotgunners in this game use medium suits Anne Oakley and Calamity. Only thing a Scouts have are the Nova Knives, but thats just because of the Minnie bonus, Gallente scouts dont have much going for them.
